Backthird Audio is a membership studio in downtown Aurora, Illinois. That means a small group of musicians and recording engineers share our facility and equipment. We reap the benefits of working in creative community, while maintaining our independence as artists and businesspeople. And we get a studio most of us simply couldn’t afford on our own.

Think of it as coworking – for people who make music.

Members can login from anywhere to reserve times on the studio calendar and communicate with one another.
